Job summary

Intelligence Federal is seeking a part-time EEO Adjudicator Attorney to draft final agency decisions and assist in adjudicating USDA civil rights complaints. The ideal candidate has 3+ years writing FADs at the federal level, plus 5+ years as a lawyer, with deep knowledge of Title VI, Title VII, and related laws.

This fully remote, 20-hour-per-week role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• JD required and must be barred in a US state or territory.
• Minimum 3 years writing Final Agency Decision reports at the federal level.
• Minimum 3 years handling federal civil rights matters and/or processing federal EEO complaints.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer; strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft final agency decisions (FADs) and support related litigation documents.
• Review ROIs for legal sufficiency and process EEO complaints.
• Draft complex letters, appeal documents, and memorandums.
• Conduct legal research, edit documents, and review case law.
