Job summary

Position is a 1099 Independent Contractor with no benefits. Requires CT teaching certification and authorization to work in the United States, with 3+ years of teaching experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Must have CT teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
• Background check and virtual skills teaching demonstration required.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal and select suitable openings.
• Teach the district curriculum on the virtual platform.
• Develop lessons aligned with class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in virtual learning.
• Engage and nurture student learning with relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Collaborate with in-class facilitator on-site with students.

Job description

$36-45 hourly.Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.
Hours vary throughout the day and week. Both full-day and part-time roles available.
Valid Connecticut Teacher Certification is required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

• Must beauthorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certificationin one of the areas above.
• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have aBachelor's Degreefrom an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
