ACCEL Schools LLC seeks a hands-on Grant Manager to own the full lifecycle of federal, state, and local grants supporting four West Virginia schools. You will manage pre-award planning, application support, budgeting, accounting, compliance, reporting, reimbursement, monitoring, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience managing grants across multiple stages.
• Strong knowledge of grant accounting and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the full grant lifecycle from pre-award to closeout.
• Manage WV portfolio and scale to additional states.
• Translate grant requirements into accounting processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries for grants.
• Monitor compliance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate budgets, reimbursements, and audits.
