Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to teach virtually from home, delivering online instruction to our independent contractor PROs before they begin on client programs. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, preparing agents for projects, and coordinating with the Director of Agent Development. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.
• Teaching experience is essential and prior curriculum development is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are key for remote instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare online instruction and curriculum for Working Solutions Pros.
• Deliver virtual training and onboarding for new projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to align training with client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and answers to PRO questions during training.
• Track progress and compile performance reports for management.
