Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Product Manager based in Spain to own the day-to-day development of a student-facing platform. You will translate feedback from students, families, coaches, and operations into clear product requirements, maintain the backlog, and coordinate with engineering and UX/design to ship meaningful improvements in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or similar software role.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a software backlog.
• Experience writing PRDs, feature specs, tickets, and user stories.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog including bugs, features, and feedback.
• Translate business needs into prioritized backlog items and development work.
• Create and maintain PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Write detailed engineering tickets with scope and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate QA, verify fixes, and ensure post-release testing.
• Plan phased releases with access rules and rollout strategies.
• Prepare internal launch announcements and coordinate cross-team impact.
• Act as bridge between engineering, design, and operations.
