Job summary

Axiom is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead to partner with senior Legal Operations and Risk & Compliance leaders. This remote role focuses on building a scalable, defensible eDiscovery program using the DISCO platform and creating repeatable workflows.

You will operationalize the DISCO platform, define roles and handoffs, and train stakeholders to sustain the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple legal hold and eDiscovery implementations from assessment through adoption.
• Ability to document operating models and drive cross-functional conversations.
• Strong communication, project management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current legal hold and eDiscovery practices and lead discovery with stakeholders.
• Design a defensible end-to-end program for legal holds and eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Operationalize DISCO platform and integrate workflows.
• Define roles, escalation paths, and handoffs with SOPs.
• Train stakeholders on the program and advise on sequencing and resources.
