Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an Edifecs Platform Operations Lead to drive the performance and reliability of the Edifecs environment in a 100% remote capacity. You will oversee XEServer, XEngine, TPMs, and SpecBuilder, while guiding EDI analysts, architects, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

The role requires deep Edifecs knowledge, extensive AWS experience, and a strong ability to communicate complex architecture to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive Edifecs platform knowledge and healthcare/EDI experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and operating large scale Edifecs deployments.
• Ability to translate architecture decisions into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Edifecs platform operations to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide technical oversight, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams.
• Guide cloud scalability, deployment strategies, and performance optimization.
• Configure and maintain Edifecs components (XEServer, XEngine, TPMs, SpecBuilder).
• Mentor EDI Analysts on rules, routing, and batch workflows.
