Intelligent Audit is seeking an EDI Specialist to manage electronic data exchanges with trading partners. You will implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI transactions, ensuring reliable communication across platforms and partners.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 3+ years of EDI experience, ERP integration familiarity, strong analytical and documentation skills, and excellent communication. This remote, EST-hours role supports international partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EDI systems and data mapping.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with EDI.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or finance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EDI implementations, mappings, and integrations with internal systems and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth EDI operations.
• Monitor EDI transmissions for errors, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage onboarding of new trading partners and support ongoing partner relationships.
• Document EDI processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT standards and company policies.
