Job summary

Radiology Partners is a leading U.S. radiology practice that seeks an Enrollment Specialist to submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for government and commercial payers. The role includes coordinating payer follow-up and maintaining payer information and demographics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical office billing, accounts receivable, claims submission, or payment posting experience.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and major payers.
• Experience with payer enrollment software preferred; SmartSheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for government and commercial payers; resolve payment misrouting issues.
• Manage remit address changes and provider portal databases; ensure accurate demographics.
• Coordinate timely payer follow-up to complete enrollments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Administer user portal access for RCM staff; ensure appropriate permissions and access.
