Job summary

Marpai is seeking an EDI Operations Analyst to monitor and validate production processes, ensure timely file transmissions, and troubleshoot issues across departments and vendors. You will manage daily schedules, perform QA checks, document incidents, and support continuous improvement while working remotely across the U.S.

A background in information systems or healthcare operations with experience in EDI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting production operations, EDI processing, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with SFTP, batch processing, or production scheduling tools.
• Healthcare claims, eligibility, enrollment, or EDI experience preferred.
• Experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily scheduled production jobs using automation and scheduling tools (e.g., VisualCron, Obsidian, SFTP platforms).
• Validate inbound and outbound EDI files for completeness and successful processing.
• Troubleshoot production failures and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
• Document production incidents, root causes, corrective actions, and resolutions.
• Assist in implementing new EDI processes and operational enhancements.
