Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers by answering inbound calls and responding to EDI inquiries.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues or escalate to appropriate teams.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure timely resolution.
• Process provider and member updates with accuracy and compliance.
• Meet service, quality, and productivity goals while delivering excellent support.
