Job summary

iSphere Innovation Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced EDI Compliance Analyst for a 12+ month remote engagement. You will monitor daily EDI activity, troubleshoot transmission issues, work with vendors and third-party providers, and ensure data flows correctly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has hands-on EDI experience, can translate business requirements into EDI specs, and communicates clearly with business, vendor, and technical teams to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on EDI experience.
• Experience monitoring EDI activity and troubleshooting transaction or communication issues.
• Experience working directly with vendors and third-party EDI service providers.
• Experience supporting vendor compliance and issue resolution.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and turn them into clear EDI specifications and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate daily reporting.
• Experience documenting processes and supporting knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily EDI activity and troubleshoot transmission issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party EDI providers.
• Support onboarding and testing for new EDI setups.
• Track vendor compliance and report outstanding problems.
• Translate business requirements into EDI specifications and documentation.
• Help vendors move onto new EDI solutions or testing issues before production.
• Identify root causes when issues recur and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate between business, vendors, and technical teams to drive resolutions.
