Qualifications

• Masters degree in economics, business, finance, policy analysis, urban planning, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of professional experience, preferably in project management or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines; consulting/agency experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to integrate AI and digital tools into workflow and products.
• Ability to work in teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with client communication and team updates.
• Coordinate Camoin Associates staff to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and internal work plans.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, focus groups, meetings, and public meetings.
• Oversee sub-consultants and CRM data integrity; handle timekeeping and contracting processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify research themes and develop client recommendations.
