Qualifications

• Strong analytics and data-driven thinking are essential.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and email/SMS tools (Klaviyo).
• Ability to brief creatives and manage content/assets to deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a startup.
• Comfortable collaborating with a global team and remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting across DTC, Amazon, and paid channels, and interpret the data.
• Lead site conversion efforts: landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, popups, and test calendar.
• Brief creators/designers and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support budget decisions across channels and track spend weekly.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketer on email and SMS executions.
• Maintain the marketing calendar across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
