Job summary

Snohomish County Human Services seeks a dedicated Human Services Specialist II-ECEAP (Social-Emotional) Coordinator to lead coordination, monitoring, and development of an early learning social-emotional model across partners.

You will collaborate with school districts, tribes, licensed centers and non-profits, oversee subcontractor performance, provide training, and support staff while upholding equity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social sciences or other field related to human services.
• Two years progressively responsible experience in human services program planning, grant preparation and management or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program planning and development activities with various stakeholders.
• Develops and negotiates contracts and monitors subcontractor performance for quality assurance.
• Manages program budgets, funding sources, and contract documents; monitors internal budgets.
