Job summary

Snohomish County's Human Services Department seeks a professional to coordinate and evaluate ECEAP subcontractors, including school districts, tribes, licensed child care centers, and non-profit agencies. The role will develop and implement an early learning social-emotional model to increase staff capacity and service quality.

You will plan, monitor contracts, provide technical assistance, and train staff while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years in human services program planning, grant preparation and management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program planning and development activities with various partners and agencies.
• Develops needs assessments and prepares program plans, budgets, and contract documents.
• Manages data collection and reporting for assigned programs and analyzes data.
• Develops contracts with subcontractors, monitors compliance, and prepares action plans.
• Supports budget development and contract negotiation with funding sources.
