Qualifikationen

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in human services program planning, grant management, or closely related field.
• Valid Washington State driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates assigned program planning and development activities with supervisors, other department staff, and external partners.
• Develops needs assessments and prepares program plans, goals, budgets, and contract documents.
• Coordinates data collection and reporting for assigned programs and analyzes data.
• Develops and negotiates contracts and monitors subcontractor performance for quality assurance.
• Participates in program budgets and funding source negotiations; monitors internal budgets.
• Provides information and technical assistance to subcontractors as necessary.
• Gathers funding applications and provides training and community education as needed.
• Keeps informed of regulations and provides guidance on compliance.
