• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain records with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office operations, calendars, files, and supplies for a remote organization.
• Manage donor relations, acknowledgments, and database records with accuracy and timely communications.
• Develop donor communications, newsletters, and event invitations; support fundraising campaigns and stewardship plans.
• Plan and coordinate donor events, meetings, and advocacy projects; ensure smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
