Job summary

ZOE International in Lancaster/Lancaster PA is seeking an East Coast Operations & Donor Relations Manager to provide operational, administrative, communications, and fundraising support across the organization. This role coordinates office systems, donor stewardship, events, and volunteers to ensure staff and supporters receive timely information and a consistent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, marketing, fundraising/development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of nonprofit administration, donor relations, communications, event management, fundraising support, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative systems and records for a remote organization.
• Maintain donor database, acknowledgments, and reporting.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and events.
• Develop content for newsletters, updates, and donor communications.
• Represent the organization at events and cultivate relationships with donors and partners.
• Coordinate volunteers and manage event logistics.
