Parexel FSP offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Scientist. The Early Clinical Scientist (ECS) may lead or support an early phase clinical study, depending on size and complexity, and is accountable for the clinical and scientific execution of the protocol.

This role involves overseeing trial design and execution with cross‑functional teams, monitoring safety and data, and ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS Office suite proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience coordinating early-phase trials and CRO oversight
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Familiarity with different therapeutic areas and study endpoints
• Experience with protocol concepts and clinical study reports

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase clinical trials with Clinical Director and teams
• Oversee trials across programs/therapeutic areas to ensure data validity and compliance
• Lead or support on-site monitoring, site training, and complex endpoint collection processes
• Co-author clinical sections of protocols, Investigator Brochures, and study reports
• Develop study operational documents and review budgets/invoices if needed
• Maintain Parexel standards and ICH-GCP compliance
