Job summary

Parexel’s FSP unit seeks an Early Clinical Scientist (ECS) to lead or support early phase clinical studies, ensuring scientific execution per protocol. The role collaborates with the Clinical Director and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver study objectives with high data integrity.

The ECS contributes to trial safety, data interpretation, and protocol/CSR authoring while maintaining Parexel standards and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, remote-work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating early phase clinical trials with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase trials with Clinical Director and team.
• Oversee trials within programs to ensure data validity and objectives.
• Monitor safety assessment and risk management of compounds.
• Develop study operational documents (site monitoring plan, study ops manual, informed consent).
• May review budgets and invoices for payments to vendors.
