Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Early Clinical Scientist to coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase trials alongside the Clinical Director. You will oversee trials across programs and therapeutic areas, ensuring data validity and regulatory compliance to support study objectives.

The role includes on-site monitoring, study documentation, and collaboration with regulatory, data management, and medical writing teams. Strong GCP/ICH knowledge and scientific writing are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating early phase CROs and sponsor oversight.
Experience with CTMS and Trial Master File systems.
Authors protocol concepts and study documents.
Facilitate trial teams with regulatory, data management, statisticians, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects under accelerated timelines.
Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
Scientific, medical and/or safety writing ability.
Ability to partner with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase trials with Clinical Director.
Oversee trials across programs/therapeutic areas ensuring data validity.
Lead on-site monitoring and training where needed.
Co-author clinical sections of protocols and study reports.
Manage trial and program projects with risk assessment.
