Job summary

Parexel FSP in the United States is seeking an Early Clinical Scientist to lead or support early phase studies, accountable for clinical/scientific execution of protocols, and to collaborate with the Clinical Director and cross-functional teams.

The ECS will monitor safety, review data, develop study documents, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP. Strong English communication and ability to manage multiple projects under accelerated timelines are essential; remote work available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CROs from Sponsor for Phase 1 trials.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase clinical trials.
• Provide on-site study monitoring and site training as needed.
• Co-author protocol concepts and trial documents.
• Ensure compliance with Parexel processes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee trial and program projects and manage vendor payments when needed.
• Monitor safety assessment and risk management of compounds.
• Manage team performance and resolve issues.
