Job summary

Parexel seeks an Early Clinical Scientist to coordinate design, planning, and execution of early-phase trials with the Clinical Director and cross-functional teams. You will oversee trials across programs to ensure excellence in execution and data validity, and manage performance with internal/external teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree and ≥7 years related experience.
• Master’s degree and ≥5 years related experience.
• PhD or doctorate degree and ≥1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, planning and execution of early phase clinical trials with the Clinical Director and team members.
• Oversee trials within/across programs and ensure excellence in execution and data validity.
• Conduct real-time oversight of ongoing trials to identify and mitigate issues.
• Apply thorough knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical development.
• Co-author clinical sections of key documents and develop study operational documents.
