• Experience managing CROs from sponsor side for Ph1 trials.
• Experience with CTMS and TMF systems.
• Strong protocol authoring and clinical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early phase trial design and execution with the Clinical Director.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and monitor safety/regulatory compliance.
• Lead writing of protocols, ICFs, and study reports.
• Ensure data validity and program delivery under accelerated timelines.
