Range Mental Health Center is seeking an Early Childhood Therapist to perform DC05 assessments, develop and review treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to children aged 0-5 and their families. The role supports services across RMHC offices, school sites, and families' homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of post-degree experience with young children (0-5) and families in clinical settings with appropriate supervision.
• Licensed or on track to be licensed as a Behavioral Health Professional in MN; eligible for insurance credentialing; trained in DC05 assessments and early childhood development.

Responsabilités

• Complete DC05 assessments for children 0-5 and older; use standardized tools.
• Develop integrated, individualized treatment plans with families and providers.
• Review treatment plans at least every 180 days in DHS compliance.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy in community settings with culturally competent, person-centered care.
• Maintain clinical documentation per DHS and agency standards; meet timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in program meetings.
