Job summary

Workplace Options is sourcing an EAP Clinical Counselor in the United States. Remote or hybrid roles are available; day shifts pay around $50,000 with night shifts at $58,300 and competitive benefits.

A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is required. You will provide telephonic, video, chat and email support, conduct assessments, manage high-risk calls, and develop concise treatment plans with documentation in the system.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years direct client-contact counseling experience.
• Experience with assessments and clinical tools.
• Experience with short-term modalities like CBT, Mindfulness.

Responsibilities

• Provide single-session telephonic and video counseling with ethical, confidential care.
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and risk.
• Manage high-risk calls and refer clients within WPO as needed.
• Develop clear treatment plans and document in case management system.
