Workplace Options is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor in Atlanta to provide telephonic, video, chat, and email counseling to a diverse client base. The role emphasizes a compassionate, client-centered approach and supports employees across cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact counseling experience.
• Experience with clinical assessments and short-term counseling modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide single-session telephonic and video counseling, in-the-moment support, and crisis management.
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls.
• Refer clients to external resources or within the organization as needed.
• Develop clear treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation.
