Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage; holiday coverage required.
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience with mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and informational services in a call center setting.
• Deliver risk, substance abuse and mental health assessments to develop immediate safety plans.
• Refer to appropriate levels of care based on assessment of need.
• Build rapport with members and guide linkage to mental health resources.
• Collaborate with a professional team to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.
• Type and document while assisting members, maintaining confidentiality in line with policies.
