Job summary

DecisionPoint seeks an E-EFMP Development Lead and Scrum Master to serve as the principal architect and technical lead for enterprise application development supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment.

This senior role ensures secure, scalable, high-performing software solutions designed for modern cloud architectures, and coordinates Agile execution across cross-functional teams, mentors developers, and drives secure development and release readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years in software development, architecture, or engineering leadership.
Experience as technical lead or Scrum Master within Agile teams.
Experience building secure, scalable, enterprise applications.
Experience with cloud-hosted systems, preferably AWS GovCloud.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including UX and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Architect secure, scalable application designs and ensure DoD compliance.
Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor engineering teams.
Translate requirements into architecture-aligned tasks and stories.
Oversee code quality, integration patterns, and API design.
Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams for deployment and readiness.
Facilitate root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
