Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistants to support online retailers across the United States. You will manage product listings, process orders, maintain inventory, assist customers, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operation of multiple marketplaces.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in e-commerce or related roles, experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or related role.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, or similar.
• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability.
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer claims.
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
• Monitor product pricing and marketplace compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams as needed.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are maintained across all platforms.
