Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Social Media Manager to craft and execute a dynamic social media strategy from anywhere in South Africa. You will create compelling content, manage communities, and analyze performance to boost brand visibility and online sales.

Responsibilities include developing growth-focused campaigns, coordinating with marketing teams, and staying ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement/conversion tactics.
• Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design, visual storytelling).
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, GA).
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach; able to work remotely and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for e-commerce growth.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
