TELUS Digital is seeking an E-commerce Product & Search Relevancy Expert to guide an AI in suggesting the right products to online shoppers. You will examine vast catalogs, decide which items belong together, and ensure pairs are visually consistent for the customer journey.

In this role you will review metadata, maintain data integrity, and perform quick category research to refine product matching across domains. Remote collaboration with a global community is a key aspect.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in search relevancy, product categorization, or e-commerce content moderation and annotation.
• Bachelor's in any field.
• Analytical skills with the ability to differentiate between technical product categories quickly.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and pricing alignment.
• Efficient handling of large datasets and high-volume SKU catalogs while maintaining quality.
• English proficiency at least B1 to navigate technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create Pairs: Match products based on color, pattern, and style so they are visually consistent.
• Check Compatibility: Ensure products work together for the same use case across domains.
• Review Metadata: Assess gender, price segment, and seasonality for logical, commercial matches.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Keep a clean, structured list of matches following guidelines.
• Category Research: Learn nuances of new product domains to select best matches.
