Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or e-commerce strategy with demonstrable growth.
• Deep understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
