Job summary

BakerHostetler is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to join the Finance/Accounting team. This remote role reports to the E-Billing Manager and focuses on accurate rate submission and matter origination within e-Billing sites.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in ebilling, strong Excel/Office skills, and a client-focused mindset to collaborate with e-billing specialists and staff. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Three years of e-Billing experience in a large law firm or similar environment preferred.
Strong client service approach with teamwork, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with e-Billing vendor systems.
Knowledge of Elite software is highly desirable and ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

Proactively ensuring approved firm rates are uploaded to clients' e-Billing site.
Open matters using new matter reports within client sites.
Submit write-offs with approval through workflow portal.
Manage accruals, status reports, and budgets.
Handle ACH forms and document setups.
Assist with appeals outside of insurance.
Submit Ebilling vendor invoices for payment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
