Job summary
Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect. This remote role focuses on delivering enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 F&O implementations for healthcare and public‑sector customers, from discovery through deployment.
The ideal candidate leads requirements workshops, designs scalable functional solutions, and collaborates with analysts, product owners, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ERP functional consulting or implementation experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and hands-on configuration experience.
- Experience with at least two full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Experience conducting requirements workshops and business process analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Own functional solution architecture and end-to-end designs for Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to validate requirements and build prototypes.
- Support Agile delivery, design reviews, and deployment readiness.
- Provide functional guidance during SIT/UAT and data migration activities.
