Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Junior Level) to support Department of Veterans Affairs CRM solutions in a 100% remote, US-based role.

You will design, develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service, build plugins and workflows, and drive integrations via APIs, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum two (2) years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
• Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities and process automation.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow Microsoft development best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions.
