Job summary
Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer at junior level to support the Department of Veterans Affairs customer service solutions in a 100% remote, US-based role.
You will design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications, work with Power Platform and Azure integration services, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and government stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service development.
- 5–7 years total IT experience.
- Experience with customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, forms, entities, and process automation.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Create integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and Logic Apps.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders; participate in testing and deployments.
