Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to join Corporate Applications. You will lead data migrations for companies Woolpert acquires, guiding strategy and hands‑on ETL work to integrate legacy data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.

The role requires strong SQL, data mapping, and multi‑currency data handling, with leadership of a 10‑person team and global migrations. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years managing data migrations for complex ERP implementations.
• 7+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, data entities, and structures.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the ERP Data Migration workstream within Woolpert’s M&A integration program.
• Define and execute end-to-end data migration strategies for complex ERP integrations following acquisitions.
• Lead and manage a blended team of approximately 10 employees and contractors across global migrations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency across migration and ETL processes.
• Design, build, and oversee ETL processes from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
• Own data reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution between source systems and target ERP.
