Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to lead and execute ERP data migrations for acquired companies. You will own data extraction, transformation, and loading into Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, ensuring accurate reconciliation across global entities.

Strong SQL, data mapping, and validation are essential. You will manage a ~10-person team, drive migration strategy, and partner with senior leaders to align requirements, timelines, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years of data migrations experience for complex ERP implementations.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
• 10+ years of SQL queries, scripting, and stored procedures.
• 10+ years data analysis, mappings, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP data migration workstream within the M&A integration program.
• Define end-to-end data migration strategies for ERP integrations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define data requirements, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Lead a blended team of ~10 employees/contractors across multiple migrations.
• Design and execute ETL processes and data validation.
