Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to lead ERP data migrations during M&A activity. The role focuses on defining migration strategy, leading the data migration team, and delivering end-to-end ETL work for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.

The position balances leadership with hands-on execution, including data extraction, transformation, and validation across global entities, with strong SQL and multicurrency experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP data migrations in complex M&A environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
• 10+ years of SQL experience with data analysis and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the ERP Data Migration workstream within the M&A integration program.
• Define end-to-end data migration strategies for ERP integrations after acquisitions.
• Lead a blended team of ~10 employees and contractors across global migrations.
• Design and oversee ETL processes into Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
