Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to lead ERP data migration efforts across acquisitions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on ETL work to convert legacy data into Woolpert's D365 F&O/CE environment.

You will manage a global team, define migration requirements and timelines, and ensure accuracy, auditability, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems, including Dayforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data migrations for complex ERP implementations.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and CE.
• 10+ years of SQL experience including queries and procedures.
• 10+ years of data analysis, mappings, testing and operational support.
• Experience leading teams in an M&A environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP Data Migration workstream within the M&A integration program.
• Define end‑to‑end migration strategies for complex ERP integrations.
• Lead a blended team of ~10 employees/contractors globally.
• Design, build, and oversee ETL processes from legacy systems to D365 F&O/CE.
• Ensure data reconciliation, validation and issue resolution across source/target.
