Job summary

Remote is seeking a Prompt Engineer to manage the end-to-end migration workflow for template-to-LLM autoraters. The role involves leveraging internal tools to maximize model performance through advanced prompt techniques and rigorous evaluation against gold data.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in prompt engineering, strong data analysis skills (SQL), and proven ability to navigate complex template architectures while maintaining high-quality structured outputs.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Dutch and fluent English.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of Prompt Engineer experience with LLMs tuning.
• Experience optimizing prompts for structured outputs and few-shot learning.

Responsibilities

• Use APG tools to create baseline prompts for template clusters.
• Run and supervise APO tool; flag deadlocks or plateaus.
• Draft, test, and refine prompts for complex templates and edge cases.
• Monitor shadowbot runs to ensure disagreements are captured and tracked.
• Evaluate autorater against gold data; calculate F1, precision and recall.
• Draft Launch Certification Documentation for technical readiness.
