Qualifications

• Full fluency in Dutch (speaking and comprehension).
• Fluent English for reading instructions and reporting.
• Comfortable with open, flowing conversations over video.

Responsibilities

• Take part in live video conversations in Dutch with other participants.
• Chat naturally without scripts to keep dialogue flowing.
• Allow conversations to be recorded for AI model training.
• Review task postings, including time estimates and pay, before accepting.
• Complete a brief language assessment after joining the talent pool.
