Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd is seeking native-level Dutch speakers for remote, task-based work contributing to conversational AI. You join short live video sessions, chat naturally with other Dutch speakers, and your speech is recorded as training data.

The role offers full flexibility with no fixed hours or minimum commitment. Participants can browse tasks, view time estimates and pay before accepting, and complete a quick language assessment to unlock paid tasks.

Qualifications

Full native-level fluency in Dutch.
Working proficiency in English to read instructions and report issues.
Comfort speaking on camera with strangers and keeping a conversation flowing.

Responsibilities

Take part in scheduled video calls with other Dutch-speaking participants and hold unscripted conversations.
Discuss everyday subjects in a relaxed, natural way, mirroring how you would talk with a friend or acquaintance.
Allow your dialogue to be recorded so it can be used as training material for speech and language models.
Complete a brief language skills assessment after joining the talent pool to unlock paid tasks.
Browse available tasks on a self-serve basis, checking the time estimate and pay before accepting each one.
Ensure audio quality during sessions by working from a quiet space with a suitable headset and microphone.
