Job summary

Realized Holdings Inc. is seeking a Due Diligence Associate (Private Placements) to own the review of new offerings and sponsors. You will build and test models, evaluate sponsor integrity and strategy, and help scale diligence processes with technology.

You will collaborate across Research, Product, and Tech, and report to senior leadership. You will work with a variety of real estate strategies and markets, applying rigorous financial analysis, critical document review, and clear written

Qualifications

3–5+ years in CRE lending/credit, multi-property-type real estate investment management, or securities due diligence.
Exposure to multiple property types and geographies with broad market awareness.
Advanced Excel and robust financial modeling skills.
Ability to read real estate and offering documents to identify issues.
SQL preferred; clear writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead due diligence on new offerings and sponsors, reviewing PMs, leases, budgets, and third-party reports.
Write executive summaries highlighting issues and recommendations.
Underwrite and model structured CRE investments across property types and strategies.
Develop new models where existing ones fall short and improve workflows for efficiency.
Collaborate with Research, Product, and Technology; serve as SME on diligence.
Explain complex investments to executives and investors; manage multiple projects.
