Hagerty seeks an experienced Duck Creek Solution Architect III to lead architecture across Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, DMS) and to drive API design and integrations with REST/SOAP and Duck Creek Anywhere. You will mentor other architects and align stakeholders with architectural outcomes.

The role emphasizes designing flexible domain models, ADR-driven decisions, and ensuring solutions meet performance and availability requirements while delivering business value.

Qualifications

• Deep Duck Creek platform expertise across Policy, Billing, Claims, Agency/Distribution, and DMS.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, educate, and align stakeholders on software architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across complex domains within our business, including Duck Creek modules.
• Decompose new business concepts into bounded contexts and define integration touchpoints.
• Design HTTP APIs and messages to enable business capabilities and product features.
• Lead integration with upstream, downstream, and core legacy systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Duck Creek Anywhere.
