Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing
• Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge Auto, Property, or Specialty
• Strong SQL skills for backend/data validation
• Experience with SIT/UAT, testing & defect management
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills
• Agile/Scrum experience is mandatory
• Duck Creek Billing implementation/enhancement experience preferred
