Clutch Creative is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead the AbbVie Dermatology DTC account on a temp-to-perm basis. This role requires strategic leadership, mentorship of the account team, and top-tier delivery across multiple campaigns while managing fast-paced client expectations.

The ideal candidate has direct GAS-level experience in pharma advertising, strong DTC expertise, and exceptional execution and communication skills to excel in a high-pressure environment with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Direct experience at the Group Account Director / Group Account Supervisor level in healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising.
• Hands-on DTC pharmaceutical campaign leadership with dermatology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and support account teams through complex deliverables.
• Proven track record juggling tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Outstanding presentation skills and a commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day business leadership for the AbbVie Derm DTC account.
• Mentor and grow the current account team.
• Oversee execution of complex DTC campaigns meeting quality standards and schedules.
