Location:remote while temp but must be local and willing to go onsite 3 days a week in either NY, Philly, or Chicago

Position Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Account Supervisor with deep DTC experience to lead the AbbVie Dermatology account for our client on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will lead and mentor an established account team, drive strategic brand growth, and maintain exceptional delivery standards. This is a fast-paced, high-demand environment requiring an agile leader who thrives under pressure, expertly manages competing priorities, and consistently exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Account Leadership: Direct day-to-day business for the AbbVie Derm DTC account, serving as a trusted strategic partner to high-level client stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship & Growth: Lead, inspire, and develop current account team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• High-Impact Delivery: Oversee the execution of complex DTC campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, remain on schedule, and align with client objectives.
• Agile Project Management: Move swiftly across multiple fast-moving workstreams, balancing tactical urgency with long-term strategic vision.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Direct Experience: Proven background operating successfully at the Group Account Director / Group Account Supervisor (GAS) level within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency setting.
• DTC Expertise: Significant, hands-on experience leading Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical campaigns, with dermatology experience preferred.
• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to mentor, managerially support, and guide account team members through complex deliverables.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Proven track record of juggling tight deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced, fluid agency environment.
• Excellence in Execution: Outstanding attention to detail, exceptional presentation skills, and an uncompromising commitment to high-quality work.
